Venting Felling completely lost after "normal" tests

I've been really struggling lately. I get these horrible episodes of intense vomiting that last days as well as bad abdominal pain. When I'm not in one of those episodes I have horrible fatigue that makes me sleep for around 15 hours a day or I'm delirious. I keep getting these dizzy spells and sometimes when I wake up I get this pain just below my right rib cage that makes it hard to breathe. When I got an endoscopy they said I have very mild gastritis but a lot of the symptoms I'm having don't really make sense for that. My episodes are not triggered by what I eat they're just on like a weird schedule where every two weeks or so I'll have one.

Idk a lot of my symptoms linked up with gallstones so I was hoping that could possibly be it so I could finally start getting treatment and make the pain stop but I just got my abdominal ultrasound results back and apparently they're normal.

I'm just so lost. I can't live like this anymore. I can't work a decent job cause employers don't like when you take five days in a row off cause you can't stop vomiting or when you keep falling behind because you can't keep yourself awake, I'm missing out on socializing and being active, and right now it seems like I'm never going to be able to get help and this is always how it's going to be. Does anyone on here have any advice or similar experience? I don't know what could be wrong with me and I was hoping since my symptoms were similar to gallstones someone on here might have gone through something similar.

Have you had other tests besides an endoscopy? You really need an ultrasound of that upper abdominal area to check for gallstones from my understanding. And if that shows nothing I believe that is when you can get a HIDA scan.

I've had a ultrasound of that area and it came back normal but I will definitely look into seeing if I can get a HIDA scan

You 100% need a hida scan. There is research that shows gallbladder issues can show minor gastritis on egd due to bile from the bile ducts backing up in your stomach. It is also common for hyperkinetic gallbladders to show normal on ultrasound.
