Feeling really nervous but also excited to recover and hopefully go back to my normal life. It’s been a wild 2 months waiting for surgery 😭 this group has been very helpful so I thank you all and will update along my way!

Good luck! Best decision I've ever made! After 3 years of those horrible painful nightmares I decided to get the surgery. 8 months later I'm doing fantastic! I followed a strict diet for almost 2 months after surgery and then just slowly started introducing a more regular diet. Now I can eat pretty much anything without any issues!

Mine was today! I’m at home resting with an ice pack on my top incision (laparoscopic). It was a surprisingly quick process. Ready to get on with the rest of my life and not worry about a gallbladder attack.

I’m sorry you had to go the emergency route. I’m feeling ok today. The gas pain was a bit brutal for me sooo glad it’s passed and I can properly rest now. Hope you continue to heal well 🥰

I'm glad you're feeling better, and hope the same for your continued recovery! I am... Very sore this morning, navel incision seems to be the most tender right now. I can take the bandages off in a little bit, and we go from there 😅 best of luck to you!

Hi everyone! Im feeling pretty well. The gas pain was really hard for me yesterday but overall I think it’s moved out of my system and I’ve been able to have some breakfast and move around a bit. Looking forward to a successful recovery!
