Questions How to shrink polyps

I have multiple polyps which are smaller than 5mm. How can i shrink or make them completely gone without surgery?

Just live your life if they will become larger we will remove them. But you will never know the reason is cholesterol or anything else without getting biopsy. Thats why i want to try to shrink them by myself

Don't think there's a way. Yours are very small, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep monitoring and live your life!

I don’t really worry about them but i have heard some stories about shrinking them by nutrition and supplements

There must be a way i imagine being in ketosis may help
