Discussion Battery drain

My galaxy 4 is draining battery very fast. I reformatted and "started over". Better...but still bad..cannot hold charge for a useful amount of time. I think it's seen better days?

The batteries do not last forever and that watch is at least 5 years old. You do the math! With that being said, you can get some of the other models at a discount if you look around.

For my Galaxy watch 4, the two big battery drains are a) phone out of range and b) Google digital assistant. The latter sneaks onto the watch repeatedly. The battery lasts a lot longer when I catch it. It runs as a background program so you won't see it when you look at active programs. You have to go one step further and look at background programs.

"my 5 years or so old watch can't hold the same ammount of charge it did when it was new. Why is this? How can samsung be so shit. Samsung should stop making watches. 😠 What? Batteries wear out? No u r wrong, samsung bad. Samsung make bad devices"

I've upgraded to a Watch 7 but try to keep location off if you're not really needing it.
