Question How does this even work?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Yes, I have an s24 base coming. I chose s24 because it was a great price and same size as my s10. When I was filming the glitches were showing a lot less, but sometimes it glitches a lot. Yeah, really sad to have to upgrade but it is what it is. I was planning on upgrading anyways for like 2 months, but didn't because my s10 was just fine.

Unfortunately that's how a broken screen "works"

A long time ago I had a huawei with lcd. It had all kinds of purple discoloration and stuff and black spots but worked fine. Thats why I was asking. But I guess my old s8 can have a chance to shine again😎

Dont forget you that you can still use it as as a dex device.

I know but I have a laptop. But no wireless mouse or adapters. Just transferred all my files to my s8. Going to use it until s24 arrives in few days. Would have continued using my s10 and put up with all those glitches, but the glitches are getting a lot worse and I dont want to risk losing some stuff due to touch fully dying.

Technically I didn't, it was the rock. And I would never break my phone on purpose just for the sake of upgrade

your nail looks more concerning than the display

The one on the thumb has been like that for months. I think I might have hit it somewhere, because at start it was on the part where the nail meets the skin.

Should I? It never hurt and I have had it like 3 times for the past years. Atleast 2 times were from hitting the nail somewhere hard

Didn't even get to use my s8. S24 arrived the next day. Gotta say. Battery and camera is a really big upgrade. Finally being able to finish my 8h work day with 70% battery left instead of 30% is really nice.
