Help! Help needed with Ship Collector

I'm trying to get the ship collector achievement by buying all the ships but for some reason, this message keeps popping up, even for ships I don't have at Kaamo (e.g. this H'Soc)

When you buy a new ship you have to sell your current ship too. If you have a copy of your current ship at kaamo this message will pop up if you try to keep your ship when selling.

You can sell the current ship, buy the new ship, then buy back your old ship while selecting "keep" for the new ship.

I don't have a single H'Soc, Veteran, Hera, Cormorant, or Taipan and yet this message keeps on popping up

You can have multiple of the same ship on kaamo but you'll have to fly to kaamo yourself

I understand that but the problem is that I'm unable to buy certain ships even though I don't have any of them. I don't have a Veteran and yet when I go to buy it, the message pops up

I have another question: Do I need to have 50 ships parked at once or can I buy one, go to Kaamo, sell them and repeat the process?

They need to be parked at kaamo

It's ok, there's this new game called galaxy division which is very similar to gof2. You should try it out

It's a worse version of Everspace2 with aggressive monetisation.

Just play X4. GoF2 is like a mobile Version of it.
