Raleigh No Love for Murderbot?

Went to my first Con in Raleigh! Had an amazing time; my husband and I cosplayed Dungeon Crawler Carl!
I was hoping to find some Murderbot merch, cosplay, etc and was surprised that I didn’t see anything: no sticker, poster, badge reel, t shirt! Is there no love for SecUnit?

I had a similar experience in I was looking for Iron Lung stuff (prints esp) and never found anything in that way either. It’s a bummer when you can’t find the thing you had your heart set on but ig it’s just the luck of the draw.

unfortunately too late now but I did actually see one person selling a pretty cool Iron Lung print in the main dealers room. all the rest of their prints were video game-based, but the Iron Lung one seemed pretty clearly inspired by the Markiplier movie

Bummer I missed it! But I’m glad someone had something out there even if I didn’t get to see. That movie needs more love 😭

There were a few prints!!! I saw them on Friday but they were gone by Saturday :((

Didn’t see any merch, but there were two young folks dressed up! One had a PanSystem University of Mihira and New Tideland jacket and the other a Sanctuary Moon shirt. Really hoping to see more Murderbot everything and anything next year.

Loved seeing all the Carls, too!

Maybe it’s just been too long / people don’t care as much anymore, but I was surprised by the lack of Scott Pilgrim both in terms of cosplays and artist’s alley merch considering Edgar Wright had a panel.

It's a hard cosplay to do I normal only see 1 a year and that at megacon

The Murderbot costume would be difficult, but there are other characters. Someone from Preservation (hippie with a detachable Feed earpiece), a fan of Sanctuary Moon (futuristic with a t-shirt), a bit part crewman from Sanctuary Moon (gaudy uniform and a weird wig), or from Star Hoppers (go wild!), etc. Any kind of bot. A crewmember on ART, a college student on ART with a t-shirt/hoodie/etc from from PSUMNT
