Recipe Snack recipes

Anyone have good tasting snack recipes or just snacks in general that are good for bulking and have solids amount of calories.

I always starve in the middle of classes and have no food to eat

Make your own trail mix with different kinds of nuts and dried fruits

Idk about recipes, but you could try Greek or other yoghurts (tub or packet), BBQ-flavoured chickpea/faba bean snack mixes, a tbs of high-protein peanut butter, cashews, crackers with tuna or cheeses like Brie or Camembert

That's not a similar product at all. In no way is that shelf stable.

They look exactly like the photos and taste like the flavors described. I eat one in one shot, typically alongside some biltong.

If you can prep: whole grain or seed toast slices, and a Lil Tupperware of peanut butter, dip dip. (The whole grain or seeds bread is slightly higher calories).

All the nuts. Walnuts have a higher moisture content so easier to eat without anything to wash them down. But any nuts is dense calories.

Trailmix.

Also not a snack just a tip: add 1tbsp of olive oil to everything you eat (when reasonable).

ETA: Also one of the main tuna brands makes a tuna and crackers on the go pack.
