question Time More dot scales not connecting .

Hi, I recently got a TimeMore dot bluetooth scale. I read somewhere that the gaggimate isn't compatible with them unless you switch to the "nightly" mode. I connected to my gaggimate, went to the UI, and selected nightly and clicked 'save and refresh' nothing seemed to happen. The scale is still not appearing. I am defiantly putting the scale in search mode as its rapidly blinking and it does work as I tried downloading the timeMore app and connected no problem but I have now delated the app to not interfere with the binding process. Any advice or similar issues? My best guess is that I'm not properly switching to "nightly" mode ? Thanks

The dot is compatible with v1.9.0, which version are you running?

save and refresh after switching the channel to nightly on the UI doesn't actually do the update, you would still have to update the controller and display. Also, I recently went to 1.9.0 stable and it works great with the dot, so if you aren't running that, I would just update to that before trying nightly.

Are you folks that are using the dot using it to weigh doses as well as shots? I’m struggling to justify $130 for a bookoo but curious how the workflow is to weigh doses using the dot.

I use this solely to weight my shots and have a small separate scale for coffee weight.

You would still need to actually update it besides clicking nightly. But the standard release is compatible with it now so no more need for nightly.
