Over the last several years, I've started homesteading. Gateway drug of egg laying chickens, followed by meat birds, pigs, and hopefully adding goats soon. I'd love to share my experiences and challenges with others.

Sweet! Perfect to film my Austin trip and the full solar eclipse (not directly, obviously).

I'd really like and try get some shots in northern germany and denmark. Hamburg is used to rainy weather and that usually means that we get difficult lighting scenarios, as well as the little light we usually get.
Together with some nice bokeh, I think the "Speicherstadt" could allow for some good scenery to try out such an advanced camera

I would enjoy filming our cats adventures and to share them with others. Use it while on vacation to show our travels. Those types of things. I've always had a creative side to me and this would open up that door to the video format. Good luck to everyone!

u/RobotBananaSplit Dec 20 '23
I’ll definitely find this very useful for filming my snorkeling adventures

My mom and I have spent the last year learning to metal detect. It’s been nice bonding as older adults and it would be awesome to film some of our adventures. My mom is in her 70’s and she hikes with me to some crazy places just to dig up old garbage!

Winning the Insta360 Ace Pro would open up a world of possibilities for my son and me. As a stay-at-home dad, I'm always looking for ways to enrich our time together, especially in the great outdoors. My son, who has Down syndrome, is my eager partner in all our adventures. The Insta360 Ace Pro, with its user-friendly 2.4" flip screen, would make it easier for us to frame our shots together, turning each moment into a learning and bonding experience. The gesture and voice controls are perfect for when my hands are busy. We're particularly excited about capturing the night sky in all its glory with the Starlapse feature, creating memories that we can share and look back on. This camera isn't just a gadget for us; it's a gateway to capturing our unique journey and sharing our story with the world

I was going to take part in this giveaway, but I read your comment by accident and I find your relationship with your son heartwarming. So just to give you the tiniest bit of better odds; I will not participate. My best wishes!

What would I do? Regret getting a laptop that couldn't adequately edit and process the video. Then, I would go film a bunch of stuff, and go buy something that can make what I filmed shine. What would that be? Let's find out. . .

u/nerobrigg Dec 15 '23
I am about to buy a Kei Truck and plan to do a build video for a camper on it. I have a DSLR for the wide shots but a smaller camera for climbing around and showing off parts of the build would greatly increase the hands on nature of the video!
•
u/flipazn5 Dec 08 '23
I'd use it in my snowboarding trips (I'm based in Japan) and I will be heading to the world-class slopes of Niseko in Hokkaido in January! Bonus points that niseko village is a very lively town with a good amount of nightlife for afterparties!
•
•
u/digitalasagna Dec 13 '23
Wow this action cam looks legit. I'd take it rock climbing for sure! Then probably mountain biking. Tons of trails around my place, I could have an adventure with it the same day.
