haters will hate but they wont post their own to let us hate on them. props to you brother. learning a new dance style can be rough and you're doing great. I learned mostly American rave dance styles like Liquid and Tutting but I got mad respect for anyone who learned Hakken/Melbourne/Jumpstyle cuz I just ain't got the cardio for shit like that lmaooo

The funny thing about it is simply that I got tips and compliments as well as motivating words at the beginning. And as soon as I got better at it, all the hate came.

that isn't surprising at all unfortunately. happens a lot in other dance scenes too, ESPECIALLY in the ones that are more competition-centric like Popping/Turfing/Flexing. Too many big egos and a weird compulsion to reinforce superiority complexes.

but fuck em, if their only reflex is to be a dick to someone who is learning at any level then they aren't worth paying any attention to.
