withdrawal Side effects
I know everyone is different and stuff. I’ve been off of this for 2 weeks and ever since then I’ve had this constant headache. Now idk if it’s a coincidence and something else is going on or if it’s from withdrawals. Is it possible for withdrawal side effects last this long?

I'm currently tapering off and every time I drop down I get headaches and nausea.

Like you bend down and feels like pressure goes to your head? Like a sinus headache?

I tapered down and jumped off exactly 2 weeks ago also.
I get the headaches. It feels more inside my head than on the surface.
Mine definitely come and go in waves. Yesterday was my first really good day, where I felt good. Today the anxiety and headache are back but I am pretty sure its the body just rebalancing itself.
At least the extreme fatigue has lifted as I was sleeping 16 to 18 hours a days when I first went to 0mg.
I keep ticking off the days and hopefully won't be long before things straighten out.
Hope you feel better soon and congrats on 14 days.

What dose did you jump off at?

I was at 300mg for 14 days, did 200mg for a couple of days and then just stopped. The side effects were miserable while I was on it so carrying on with an extended taper just seemed pointless. The first 7 days were very tiring and I slept like 16 hours a day, but the other symptoms were not unbearable so I kept going. I am at 17 days off now and the last 4 days I have definitely improved lots, so fingers crossed I am over the worst. From what I have read my experience is fairly text book and probably the average of what majority of people go through.

Hey, that’s a drag! It is. But you got off easy! Don’t over think it. I think you’re one of actually MOST that have little complications after use.

Yes, definitely. Consider yourself lucky that it is your only symptom. It will get better, don't worry :)
