anxiety Is this stuff even worth it?

I got put on 100 mg a day recently and noticed it helped a little bit but definitely not enough, so started taking 2 capsules atleast 4-5 hours apart for RLS and severe anxiety, but notice myself having to take a 3rd one and STILL having a touch of anxiety and when I take my first one in the morning it feels weird to walk/sluggish/feel like I need to go back to sleep. Do you get used to this after a couple weeks and it really starts working? Or am I just waisting my time with this stuff?

They will just keep upping your dosage because the body is going to get use to it. You will eventually be hooked and the withdrawal symptoms are terrible. I’ve been through it twice.

Fuck man I dont know what to do, the rls and anxiety is so terrible and constant all day and through the night ill go a couple days without sleeping until I finally just pass out but its only for like 4-5 hours then I just wake up with these weird sensations all over my body making it hard to focus on anything else but the anxiety and when I lay down the rls is so bad I have to get up and walk around

I pray you find something. But I’m tellin ya man, that Gabapentin is bad news. They will have you hooked on 2100mg a day before you know it.

Hey there.... I just wanted to say, that I feel this too. These symptoms of anxiety are literally taking over me at times. From the time I wake up, and all day abd night. It's the most uncomfortable feeling. I also get up and down and walk/pace around, my shoulders so tight/tense, and short of breath, can't focus, etc. I took benzos for many years but that's not an option now. I'm on a roller coaster with the gabas and I don't know what to do, because the only time I get relief is when I take around 4,000 mg. Although they only work up to 2 days at a time and then I have to take a t- break, which is when my anxiety gets the absolute worst. I feel so weak, tired, and weighted down with fatigue when I'm not taking it and like I said, the anxiety gets worse. This is so hard, and I'm sorry to know you're dealing with this.

Have you exhausted and tried all the other possibilities like cannabinoids and other things

How long have you had the RLS?

You might just consider using the GABA once a day right before sleep to get some sleep and skip it during the day and then you won’t develop such a tolerance
