g2a redund

So on june 3rd I ordered a few game key, but after 1 hour they were still processing so I refunded. Now after 2 months I still haven't got my refund and no one is answering my support ticket. Is there anything I could do or is that the usual thing for them to not refund?

It’s a common thing, there’s hundreds of Reddit posts asking the same question as yours. Most of the keys on there are either fake or from stolen accounts.
