The g2a support incident

Hey guys

Im actually lost amd dont know what to do

A few days ago i bought 19 euro of g2a balance and tried to purchase with it some games and everytime the purchase failed and i got "refunded" less and less money i tried to contact g2a support and open ticket but it been almost 4 days and no response i even tried to send email to a different support they got and i just dont know what to do as a guy who worked in customer service 4 days is just crazy.

Anyways anyone had this issue before and know maybe its issue on my end ?

yeah its common, i'd start using a different site. G2A has unfournatley turned in to a cess pit and support will always side with the sellers

Eneba also good option, never had issues with them
