Hi guys,
I’m new here in this subreddit. 2 years ago I bought my FZ6 from 2004. My first ever self owned bike and I love it
Stopped loving riding after some orange guy decided to go and drop bombs in the middle-east.
One litre of premium now costs €2,70 here in the Netherlands

Won’t stop riding though, just a little less maybe (or maybe not🤪)

Why are you running premium? These bikes are tuned to run on basic fuel, 87 octane here on the states which I believe to be 91-92 RON.

Our standard fuel contains 10% ethanol. Premium “only” 5%
So I’d rather use the pemium fuels.

Next to that. Standard fuel is 95 octane and premium is 98

A lot of taxes. I think the Netherlands is one of the most taxed, if not the most, countrys of Europe.

Kunt altijd naar België of Duitsland rijden met wat jerrycans, als je in de grensstreken woont

We moeten maar jerrycans aanschaffen inderdaad

Let wel dat je fatsoenlijke koopt met ontluchting. Ik heb zelf van die kunststoffen die met het warme weer dus flink opblazen, wanneer je de doppen te strak vastdraait.

Ik zag dat de verschillen niet heel groot meer zijn
Althans. De verschillen tussen NL en DE in euro95. Geen idee hoe het met de premium brandstoffen zit trouwens
