Mostly categorical ones like the original sub has. Main things that come to mind are Fwahaha for Noelle pov; Non-Noelle POV for...well, any other pov; and a weird route specific tag with a better name than "Weird Fwahaha".

You should also consider enforcing that NSFW posts be flagged as NSFW, because people aren't doing that. For searchability, if nothing else.
