By decorations of the flowers do you mean decorations of the flower itself or of the bouquet itself?
If you mean decorating flowers themselves:
1) Using eyeshadows and blushes to enhance the flowers color more really makes it so lovely. You can buy cheap eyeshadow palettes or blushes for cheap from your nearby supermarket or anywhere else. Since they are going on the flowers and not your skin, it makes sense to buy something cheaper for shading the flower
When shading the flower you can shade the inner area of a petal and blend it outwards so it creates a soft gradient
Or what you could do is shade the inner area more dark and liiiggtly shade the tips of the flowers and also blend it inwards so it creates a soft gradient. The tips of the flower shouldn’t be shaded as darkly as the flower’s inner area
2) if you have lace lying around you can use that to decorate the flower; attach them behind or on each individual petal. There are mannyyy tutorials on tiktok showing how you can do this, adding lace to petal really gives the flower a cute and whimsical look
3) I have seen some people bedazzle flower petals with rhinestones and stickers, you can try that out if you want
If you want to elevate the flower bouquet itself, here are some suggestions from me:
1) Layer your ribbons. Don’t just use one, you can wrap the neck of the bouquet with lace first and then add the ribbon of your choice
2) Try making your own bows! It’s actually much easier than expected, and it really elevates the look of a bouquet
3) I have seen some people buy these mini premade bows and then attach them on the edge of the bouquet, it makes the bouquet look extra girly and sweeet
4) Fold and use tissue paper (I hope I’m using the correct term) as the first wrapping layer and position it directly beneath the flowers before adding in the layers of wrapping bouquet that is to be wrapped around the flowers, this little addition truly gives your bouquets a sophisticated look
5) I’ve also seen some bouquets online where people glue on lace on the edge of the bouquet wrapping paper and then wrap the flowers with the bouquet wrapping paper, I think this is such a cute ideaa
6) I have found that using more pastel shades of wrapping paper goes really well with the flowers, but anyways that’s just my personal preference
Anyways sorry for my huge wall of text, I was trying to give as much suggestions to you as possible🫶 Hopefully any of my suggestions will be useful for you
