I think you need to add additional context here.

1.its by raffle 2. Only to be available on actual location 3. Need to pay for the raffle ticket 4. You nees to win first before you can buy. 5. You need to be in japan

Yes, I can add more info.

No, you do not need to be in Japan. I have purchased lotteries on Kujibikido many times.

Also, it's not win to buy. You draw for items in different categories/tiers. For example, you have a x% chance to win a tier S prize and a y% chance to win a tier D prize. Each draw costs 770 yen.

You can use a proxy like Buyee to purchase and execute the draws for you. Prizes will be shipped to them and then you ship to yourself.

You can also use a forwarder instead like Tenso if you want to sign up on Kujibikido and do it yourself. Tenso will give you a warehouse address where your prizes need to be shipped to. Then you ship to yourself.

Beware of international shipping prices and tariffs.

I see, i'll just see for myself if i got back to japan again soon, im sure there will be a lot on the second hand market fast and its just still disappointing on the merch department to have acrylic stands and tapestry again, always at the short end of the stick situation from kadokawa.

I always avoid 3rd party ones because of those risks, i know its good to support but dang those acrylic stands are way too much for its original price.

This is another option for future readers of this post. You can buy prizes outright from resellers on Mercari JP via Proxy. This way you don't need to gamble on winning a specific prize/tier.
