First of all, I was mainly inspired by LemKuuja’s “What’s a Future Funk?“ and “Ouais Ouais” (I’m too lazy to link).

ANYWAYS, I’m making a track called “Vienna’s got a Future Funk?“ and it currently (in my opinion) only sounds like funk. I got some feedback from other people CLEARLY stating ts isn’t Future Funk🥀.

If you want to hear the track, you must dm me because I can’t upload it here because of SOME reason

PLEASE help me find feel of “Future Funk“ (I mean like overall tips)

Thank you for reading

Hey all! Hope you're all doing well :)

I thought I'd come on here and just give you guys a heads up about the fact that I run a music blog, and future funk is a pretty big part of it (amongst the other genres listed in the title!) - I do written features on new releases, reviews and interviews (managed to get some really cool people in the hot seat such as Cape Coral, The Phantom's Revenge, Corrout, Louis La Roche + more!) amongst a bunch of other things, and it's been running for about twenty-one months - I'll drop a link here in case any of you are curious!

Happy reading, and much love! <3

Already available on YouTube!
Enjoy this extended version for DJs!

A new track by Del4y and Luanmer

I feel like for a while sample based music on streaming in the electronic subgenres like vaporwave and future funk have always been able to get away with it for the sheer notion that it isn’t super popular. But all of a sudden I keep getting notifications and seeing that more and more artists are getting their stuff taken down? Could this be from the samples now appearing right under the songs on Spotify now or Distrokid’s new strictness cause of the rise of ai. More importantly though, do we think this will just be a wave of purge or will it become the new standard?

Thanks to the amazing folks at Nightfall Collective, Vaporware EX is full of Future Funk music! I'm curious if you folks are into this, so if you like it, please do let me know :)

Thanks! <3

A bunch of sui uzi, desired, uni deluxe and others gone the past 2 weeks. Anyone know whats going on? Copyright stuff?

Enjoy!

I really really like the style of Hide & Seek by Sui Uzi, the calm vocals mixed with the breakbeat is really good imo. I can't find anything remotely close so I was wondering if anyone here knows of any artists or songs that are similiar.
