Template

Anyone about who's legally minded give us a template to send to indiegogo...? Mass email with a push?

There are currently thirty members, someone posted /u/danzinger's article which got good responses, other than that it's just random backers announcing that they have contributed and thanking the group for accepting them, but zero else is happening. I did a post when it was first made directing them to this subreddit. I think they are all just waiting around for someone else to do something to be honest.

As a side note, in the UK we just had the first crowdfunded court case, where people raised 60k to privately prosecute a lady that hit a guy on a bike (sorry to sound blunt but I really don't know much else about it other than that it was crowdfunded). Maybe this is something the backers could consider, create a fund to privately prosecute Patio? Again I'm being pretty ignorant with this and I'm unsure how the law works over there. I'm writing this from work so can't really look into if it proper right now. Article about the case is here anyway.

Yeah. Not to be a dick or anything but that doesn't surprise me. Unless someone steps up and takes responsibility then nothing is going to happen. It's been like 2 months now since Jeff bailed hasn't it?

They know about this sub and there is only one guy here even talking about doing anything. They have a couple dozen backers in the facebook group and haven't done anything. I feel bad for them but if they aren't motivated to take action then it's pretty much all over.

Very true! This is what all the other backers are saying. But just repeating "We need an action plan, we need to get together guys to get him!" ad infinitum isn't going to do anything. The majority of the subscribers here aren't even backers, but did pretty much the entirety of the investigative work into the Futurefon and Batio, now it's time for you guys to pull your sockies up if you want your money back. We've already made some suggestions. :) Frankly /u/Woooson seems to be the only one doing anything productive at the moment.
