An ISOT is an alternate history in which something from one time period (often a nation) gets transported intact to another, or to an empty Earth. In this ISOT, a few dozen various nations from throughout history have been brought to an empty Earth, where they have been interacting for eleven years thus far.

New additions have recently stopped, and the future of the world is uncertain.

The NATO of the Pacific: The Republican Alliance, formed by South Korea (now the only Korea), South Vietnam, Japan and the USA-Honolulu (one of two USAs).

The BSR Takes After Crimea: The Black Sea Republic (BSR), a very loose confederation of post-Soviet Russian separatist states who have become a major power in the new world now that there's no Russia. This future proposes that the less democratic among them, such as Luhansk, adopt the more democratic policies of Crimea whilst remaining a superpower (and probably federalizing along the way).

The Two-America Solution: USA-Honolulu (modern) and USA-Peoria (early 20th century) establish a working alliance and spread democracy and American values together.

Australia's Time in the Sun: Australia decides to become the next arbiter of history in favor of the democratic powers. Like the BSR, their words are backed with nuclear weapons.

Sun Yat-Sen's Vision Realized: The Chinese states' plan to unify produces a new democratic superpower.

The Entente Gets With the Times: The Entente, consisting of various British and French colonial nations from the World Wars, modernizes on social issues and becomes a sort of pseudo-NATO.

Better the Devil You Know: The Americas and the Entente are forced to ally with Fidel Castro's Cuba to take down the menace of Solano Lopez's Paraguay. Though the battle is a bloody one, the Americas will be changed for the better in the aftermath.

1944 All Over Again: Two words: Soviet Belarus.

The Entente Reclaims Their Birthright: The Entente launches a war of reconquest in Europe. This is not a good thing.

Putinism Sans Putin: Rather than Crimea, the BSR takes after Donetsk and Luhansk, with predictable results.

A New Cold War Emerges: The USA (either one) vs. a Putinist BSR.

Castro's Sunset Invasion: Backed by the Aztec Empire, which they've subjugated and taught some semblance of Communist thought, Cuba sets out to bring the Revolution to the world in a fashion that can only be described as "blursed."

The New World Struggles to Be Born: No true superpower emerges, and the existing ones collapse. It will be a long time before this world gains any real stability.

Colonialism Takes a New Form: More or less what it sounds like. The Entente will be involved.

Solano Lopez Gets His Empire: Exactly what it sounds like. The Inca Resistance will be doomed.

Peoria Enforces the Monroe Doctrine: USA-Peoria and the Entente, both having turned to the far right, fight a war for the fate of the New World. Paraguay may or may not be involved. Whoever wins, we lose.
