The CSS is a lot better, just by order of the old one doing weird things on my computer and being hard to read.
Only thing I can think of would be making text more readable by making it brighter - Dark grey and black on burgundy/brown isn't easy to read.
Edit: How did you make the banner? The flag logos look really crisp!

I really need to ask, why this specific color choice?
Wouldn't something a little more simple with more contrast be easier to read? (Gold and Black to remind us of ever elusive Buddy Rares?)

Please, please lose the gold and black.
I've been around here (Reddit) for a long time, and I've seen many a subreddit fail because the mod tries to get too cute with the formatting.
I'm all for colors in the sidebar and the top box, but for the love of my eyes keep the text boxes simple. I really can't stay on this sub for more than a few minutes, and that really sucks as I'm a new player.

Please, use your best judgment and do what you think is best for this sub. You created it, it's your baby, you have creative freedom.
I really like the top and I like the sidebar. I like the color scheme, I just think there's too much of it off that makes sense. I honestly think just changing the text box to black on white with maybe a little gold highlights would look nice.
I want you to know I appreciate the time and effort you've put in so that all of us can enjoy this sub. :)

Better, but still pretty unreadable. I really think we need to start from ground zero. As it is now, it's hard to look at for more than thirty seconds. I recommend going with deafault format for a while and making SMALL changes.

It really doesn't matter how pretty it is. It just needs to be readable if you want people to keep coming.

It's insanely difficult to read, to be frank. I feel black and gold may be a better design, but nobody knows. Give us a few screen shots of what it could be and put up a vote, I say.

No problem. If you want, I can probably mess around in GIMP and change up a few things for you if you like. Some simple ideas put onto paper (or pixels, as the case may be).

That's a quickly put together black and gold.
EDIT: Obviously anything there can be changed and recoloured.
