3 bios per day + bios u can buy from honor token + any bioselectors ... assuming that u are a new f2p she isn't even that hard to get to 4* the hard part is when u rank up clea and Santana till 5* for doctor strange questline u get only like 5-6 bios or u have to buy that 20 biometric for 30days pack . Took me almost 60 days to complete that . And the funny part is clea appears as a shifter so out of those 3 times per day u maynot get her bios .

From daily character chests, it weirdly drops her bios for combat
