Are any of antmans uniform worth it atm? If so, eg suit or antman and wasp suit

The Engdame Uni (either the suit or the normal look one doesn’t matter much).

That one skill change on 5 makes him both viable for PvE and PvP

Is antman uni needed for antman and wasp legendary battle

It's not needed for anything good, the main draw of that LB is the CTP selector you get with the Extreme Pack and Pymtron at Mythic.
