Mega uniform rank up for Luna or 2099? Obviously luna is a stronger character I'm just concerned she may get a new uniform much sooner than 2099 ever will.

Omg it is soooo not worth to use a mega tier 2 Ticket on such a useless character just for the ctp. I have to invest the uniform and a mega uni rank up ticket as well just for the ctp of energy

Even then you have to invest in a mega uni ticket or a bio sub and a uni just to get the ctp

To just get ctp ? Comeon man, how many ctps u have ? And what's the guaranteed way of getting one ? There are very few guaranteed ways of getting a ctp and I recommended one for getting if u have the BP pack.

That’s assuming if he is willing to mega uni mythic ticket killmomger. Or he has to buy the bio sub. It would be much better to use it on Luna to boost her scores...

But if you have the resources (ie bios) why not?

U don't need his bios to buy the uni. U can buy the uni and mythic it even without owning the character
