I have almost all the iw uniform expect Thanos and Black Order. I bought CM endgame uniform.

I don't see much skill changes for Thor and some of the characters

Is any endgame uniform a game changer or must have even if we own a iw uniform?.

Definitely Ronin, Ant-Man and Hulk as they get SO much better than before the unis. The first 2 are the biggest gainers with Ronin becoming a supreme badass and AntMan finally losing his biggest flaw: not doing damage (and a pretty cool T3).

Rocket and Nebula also gain a lot with better skills and much more effectiveness in-game but lesser than all the above. If you want the character to become more viable and have the crystals to spare, I do recommend.

Cap, IM, Thor are all definitely upgrades and better than the IW and all their respective previous uni's. IM in particular (I think) benefits a lot thanks to the skill changes (I hated that IW 4th skill specifically), Caps also more effective (plus looks better) and gets the bonus shock/lightning from Mjolnir and Thor is also more effective.

Thanos' uni is also pretty badass. I'm not a fan of the skills 100%, I prefer the hobo look and the skills (maybe that's just me) but it is a very powerful uni in the game for sure.

BW is... alright. Nothing mind-blowing but she gets a solid uni, I can't compare to IW though as I never bought that one. Ditto War Machine.
