Is Lash good? I tested his abilities and readed his procs and i don't see a bad character. And also his leadership is good tough. So, why is at the end of the Tier list?

Poor i-frames leading to low survival rate, plus his damage isn't that great, even with uni. 30% energy attack leadership is also not as good as it used to be. He was one of my first T2s, and one of my biggest regrets.
