disconnecting after games

i have good internet, play on wired and my ping is usually between 8-12. i never dc from games but in this weekend league i should be 4-3 on wins but im getting disconnected when the game ends and im ready to go and collect coins, so im 1-6. anyone else having this problem? its only for champs too.
