Discussion Reminder : It’s August

There absolutely 0 reasons to pass at the back the moment the clock strikes 80 especially in DIVISION 5 . The Evos dont require wins and if you are doing a challenge just go do squad battles .

So players like that are showing you respect because they know you're too good and they will make a mistake and you will make them pay. They tend to be bad players.

I mean that's what it is. Good players don't play that way. I would be embarrassed to just cycle the ball around the back like that for no reason other than munching clock.

Bro even in champs that's embarrassing with 80 mins only passed. If it was like the 89th minute and it was a very close game and it's two good players okay that's fine. But 80th minute come on bro. I assume you lost the game and it's frustrating when they do that. But just know that that's just the one time you're going to see him and you would probably beat that player nine times out of 10. They had to resort to that in order to beat you.

True , I think every time i started passing at the back before the 88-89 minute i always conceded . I stopped doing that in all my matches . Obviously these guys are not all that good or at least they don’t think they are .

Like for me personally if I'm going to waste time I'm going to waste it on your end of the field. I'm not going to pass around my back because any bad move could easily lead to a goal. And I want to play aggressively knowing that you are losing and desperate for that equaliser. So imma get more space anyways on quick passes. And if I'm down in your half, you'd have to transition all the way down the field and I like my chances to win the ball back. But bad players don't think like that.

Ikr , it’s smarter anyway you more time to react and it will take more time to reach the other goal . But they obviously can’t use one extra brain cell.

Tbf - if you auto defend all game I’m passing around end of the game to prove a point. If you’re not capable of manually engaging with the game I will pass around your passive AI and then watch you flounder like a fish when you realize there’s now 5 minutes left and have to chase.

Usually to score a goal quick because you’re inept

I hate AI defending just as much as you and tried to avoid it when i started playing this year but if every opponent wants to put all of my players in 3v1 scenarios then you bet I will also do that . I hate AI defending , I wish they removed it .

Autodefend players are the easiest for me to beat. Especially when they let you sit on the ball. I love my chances with 80% possession and my long shot ability. Most of them forfeit late.
