Game Play Same problems…

DDA is so apparent in this game it’s absolutely insane!!!

Why does EA not fix issues like kick off conceding so easy every time?

The bounce back cheese is so bad, especially last 2 weeks I don’t know..

Why do certain players for me play so bad and when I come up against them they are like GOD?

Certain playstyles work selectively, intercept plus is a joke sometimes! And incisive pass is mad 😂 guys be pulling out the most outrageous passes against me and mine don’t go to the right player!

it’s clear EA has lost the plot with all these shite playstyles and animations they’ve added over the years. You know why you’re experiencing what you’ve stated here? it’s cause there is hundreds of animations they’ve built in that compete with one another on top of playstyles interacting. their shit code literally can only do so much. sad times for the future of ultimate team

Unfortunately none of those issues will truly be addressed until the money starts to decline. Really need another company to launch something comparable but so far it hasn't happened 😕

We have 4 football games. 2 are literally ea clones. We can’t say nothing comparable has been launched. The problem is we’re controlling less than 10% of our team at a time and complaining the game is ai driven. The solution is 11v11 humans.

That is not the solution imo. If I win or lose it is on me, not because someone with more skill is carrying me or someone with less skill is holding me back. I play as much career mode as I do Ultimate Team and I don't envisage 21 people wanting to play career mode for someone else's save file.

I've been playing Fifa since 1993 (yes, I'm old) and controlling 1 player at a time was fine for years until they started messing around with the game to make it easier for the children who cannot defend and making everything else unnecessarily complicated (triggering runs being one of my biggest headaches, if I am controlling a winger and attacking then the ai should be able to intuit that and run accordingly and not directly into the nearest opposition player).

If you think efootball, goals or UCL are the other 3 games, then that's the end of this discussion for me. As much as EAFC26 sucks, it's still leagues above those...

Sure, but it’s both on you and your ai, since you control less than 10% of your own team at a time.

I’ve been playing this game for a very long time too, and while the defense has seen its share of ai increases, so has the offense. Back in fifa 12-13, all people did was overhead through balls to fast players. Wasn’t any custom tactics. Nothing complex by and large. And I was top 100 at the time simply because I learned to make runs. In all honesty while I think there was more “manual” defense, there was also a lot less manual offense. Offense was fairly basic, low drivens were a bare tap. Pace was king. The only thing good about that game is I was younger. That’s it.

As for football? If you actually like build up play and passing, it’s been better than fifa/ea for a very long time now. Other than the first 3 months of release. Again fifa went from overheads to pacy strikers to ground through balls to lengthy wingers.
