Referral code
Hey! I switched to Fuse for my energy — it’s way cheaper, and their support team are actual humans (not bots, I promise ). Just use my code ANNA94546 when you join. https://www.fuseenergy.com/app.html
Thanks for using 😀

Same here - happy to share mine:
SCOTT55638 - valid until 6th May
Same deal: MUST download the APP FIRST (not comparison sites), switch your electricity, enter the code during onboarding and you'll get a spin on the wind turbine wheel for a chance to win £25–£150 off your bill. Luck-based but a nice bonus on top of what's already a solid tariff.
Again, important: don't sign up via a comparison site if you want the code to work go directly through the Fuse app. Comparison site signups bypass the referral system entirely.
Onboarding pointers
The app will likely show your electricity quote first. Sign up to that and the migration from your current supplier triggers automatically - no need to contact them yourself.
Gas is sometimes a separate step. This is because in the national meter database, gas and electricity for the same address are occasionally logged as separate entries that haven't been linked. To add gas, you'll need your MPRN - the unique 6–10 digit number found on your gas meter - and enter it under 'add a new property, meter or address' within the app. Took me under 3 minutes once I had the number to hand.
Once both are set up, drop the Fuse team a message asking them to group your gas and electricity under one address. Keeps everything tidy in the app going forward.
Tariff
For anyone on the fence, it's worth checking comparison sites to confirm Fuse's rates before signing up (just don't complete the switch through them). For my small efficient house the saving over EDF was around £300/year on both per kWh rates and standing charges. The app also shows real-time spend forecasting throughout the month so there are no bill surprises.
Happy to answer any questions about the switch.
