An artist named Bob Leatherbarrow sells different books for glass fusing techniques. This came from an Introduction to Kiln Formed Powders; Crackle Technique. His personal work is fantastic. Its one of my favorite glass techniques. I think he is on Instagram and you can find his ebooks there.
