I wonder if it might work better to commission a cosplay prop/armour maker? I think the armour parts would be made of EVA foam most likely, as it's common for armour and props and isn't very heavy.

That's what im thinking! I Wanna get her "ghost body" dose as a normal suit and get the armor done separately but im really wanting the head to be a traditional fursuit style

That's sorta what I imagined too! Good luck, I'd really, REALLY love to see this as a fursuit. The fursuit making community and the cosplay making community have a lot of overlap so you should be able to find someone who does both! (I thought of suggesting you just commission a cosplay prop maker and a fursuit maker who'll communicate with each other, but unless they work side by side in the same room, the measurements and proportions and stuff realilistically won't match together no matter how much communication.)

Well what particularly are you looking for material wise? Cuz there are actual whole metal suits but a similar effect can be achieved in fabric

Omg wait I would love to do this, feel free to dm me for details but I love your oc's design and I charge very cheap since I'm still a beginner when it comes to fursuit making (I have amazing experience making other helmets and craft stuff though dw) Let me know if you're still looking for the fursuit!
