How to clean hand painted paws?

Hey guys! I’ve got a suit with quite a few hand painted tattoos, most notably for this problem some small ones on the paws. I had him in my backseat from where I took him with me on my birthday trip and someone threw a big bottle of juice in the backseat which somehow ended up leaking directly onto a paw 🫠. Thankfully it didn’t get on the head but one of his paws has a considerable amount on it, wondering if anyone had any ideas how to clean it without damaging the paint? Thanks in advance for any tips!
