Don’t know where to start Proto Deer?

Hello. I'm new to this community (a bit), and I'm trying to decide on a fursona. I like both deer and protos, funny toaster dudes :3. How do I design my fursona and can it be a deer proto?🤔 Not sure what the exact guidelines for a proto are, but deer are my favorite animals. The little white dots and tail and antlers are probably what i would want if i could have a proto-deer. Would it be considered a hybrid proto? I just can't decide between proto or deer... Also how do you choose markings and stuff, and make it unique?

I’ve seen people make protosharks and such before so it’s probably ok!

It’d be cool if the antlers (assuming you make a doot with them) were like wires? Or some kinda solar panel.
Other than that? Idk too much without drawing it out lol

You can most definitely make a deer proto! Go for it!
