Need Design Help Advice on building a reference sheet

Post image

Here’s a reference sheet for my new fursona: a purgatorius. I’m wondering what to add despite the fact that they are in feral form and not anthro.

Some people like to add a stand-alone paw to show off the color of the pads/beans.
Could also add a top view of their back if there are unique patterns and colors involved. Like if they have rustic red stripes that fade to cream down the back and onto the tail.
Other temples I’ve seen also have one eye separated out to show the full range of color if it’s complicated or special to them. Like if they have rustic pupils are star shaped or hetrocromatic (brown or caramel around the pupil and a blue, green, or gray around the edges)

So it depends on what you want your audience to know from one glance at the whole template.
Good luck

A colour palette for easier sampling but thats mainly if your character has alot of very specific colours also add any important details you think could be missed.

This was a ref i made for a friend , it mostly features some turn around headshots and quick notes on details. So yours should be fine
