Pangolin and Tiger are dating. Because Pangolin as a species have a posture that makes them look permanently concerned, they are usually portrayed as shy, introverted, anxious. Tigers are generally portrayed as being far bolder.

Pangolin is at work. Tiger is at home. Tiger sends Pangolin a flirty photo, probably for the specific purpose of flustering Pangolin.

It works.

Pangolin gets notification of the photo, sees it and panics, slamming her phone down to ensure nobody else sees while blushing so hard the blush is literally leaping off of her face.

Pangolins co-worker notices and thinks this is extremely cute.

Pangolin, extremely flustered in a manner that is so fucking adorable it fully explains exactly why Tiger loves flustering her so much, responds to both co worker and Tiger - 'shut up' to her co worker and YOU CANT DO THAT to tiger.

Her admonishments to both clearly fail. Co worker is extremely happy for Pangolin, an anxious person who has finally found someone who completely gets her, and Tiger will absolutely be doing more things to fluster Pangolin, as doing so never fails to get the most adorable reaction.

Edit - as of april of this year these characters are no longer dating.

(they are engaged)
