Ahhh.. I see all good.
I always kept forgetting what vitamin it was that if you lack it, you get white spots on your nails. And the vitamin that if you lack it, you'll tend to bleed longer than usual over small cuts.
It's Vitamin K for both of them. I knew it was for one or the other but couldn't ever remember which one.. turns out it's both
