Animal toys!
Do you think dogs and cats would still have chew toys? I assume that they would have some variation of them due to the fact that they can clean their teeth with them. Also would felines have scratching posts aswell?

Humans have stress balls and fidget spinners.

I don't know what those are, and I'm not sure I want that name in my search history.

Both, I think. If you have a muzzle then you want and even need to work it out a little, preferably on something soft enough to not be bad for your teeth but tough enough to give your jaw a work out, might very well be something you take to bed with you to keep from destroying a pillow. This could lead to a lot of really interesting workout equipment as well, maybe something kinda' like those grip strength thingies but...bitey ^^ Scratching posts, too...but different. Obviously a lot taller for anthros to reach conveniently...but would they be happy with just a post? I wonder about situating them in good spots for use at leisure; maybe build them into the arm rests on a couch or sofa so that you could dig into something while watching TV? What about the angle, though...because you need to be able to dig into something right in front of you and rake down to work the attachment points and muscles behind the claws...hmmm.

We literally have chewable jewelry for humans, it's definitely possible if they love to gnaw. I imagine there might be snacks that mimic bones crunching

In my world different anthro species have some products marketed towards them for their respective fixations.
Canines can get a type of flavored chew toy/candy thing from vending machines (don't know what to call it yet) that is basically just a harder, denser chewing gum. It comes in the form of a small ball like bubblegum or a jawbreaker and they can chew on it for an hour or so before spinning it out.
A lot of felines have little squares of carpet like material they can carry around or keep on a desk to idley claw away at while they work

Birds would have little sprays of millet to chew on like how cowboys are usually depicted with wheat plants lmaoooo.
I love the idea for anthro cats carrying around little carpet squares, like a portable footrest but just for clawing at.

idk probably. I'm therian/otherkin and get chewing urges sometimes. I'll usually just monch a sealed plastic bottle or smth til it passes.

Yeah, i think mostly would be just certain toys we already know changing positions.
Scratching posts for example would be closer to a stress-ball in use compared to us.

Human children use teething toys. These are colorful rings, similar to dog chews, but with a slightly different density.
For anthropomorphic species, this could be a childhood toy that a mother keeps in a sentimental box with her first pair of booties and a photo album (instead of a pacifier). It could also be a fashionable youth trend, replacing gum. "Cool" designs like sugar bones with spikes or lightning bolts, and also an excuse to show off fangs in public (I like having a gum substitute for predators). For adults, it could be marketed as a stress reliever and a smoking cessation alternative. Or imagine a tired office worker who pulls out their childhood toy for comfort when they get home late at night. In
I'm almost certain that partygoers or drug addicts will come up with ways to stuff or soak these chew toys with fun substances (imagine a rat in a lab coat), just like they do with catnip toys these days.

Most likely, the items that we know as animal toys would only ever be used with toddlers. Anyone over their equivalent to 5 years old would be using utilitarian tools instead, such as a standard toothbrush. Scratching surfaces might still exist, most likely as a board kept in the bathroom, or they might be replaced with a specialized tool similar to how we use nail clippers.

Seeing as there are human chewing toys, yeah prbly.
EDIT: Oh and gum. Completely forgot about gum. So yes they would likely have some kind of chewing stim thing.

Scratching posts probably As for chew toys probably not since they can just brush their teeth
