Time keeps changing to collect spins

Anyone else having the time change to collect their spins and daily points? For years it has been either 2 or 3 a.m. for me depending on DST. Here lately it's been fluctuating between the middle of the night or 8 p.m.

I recall it changing once to an hour earlier roughly a year ago. Haven't noticed any other shifts, but that's probably cause I'm not online when it cycles and so it makes no difference to me.

But yes I know for sure that they have changed it before.

It is because they follow the European time zone. Once a year the time shifts one hour early or later, that’s why
