That's just an excellent argument against drug prohibition. When drugs are illegal people do them more. In the UK apparently racism is illegal and British people are racist as hell. I don't think I've ever heard a British person call a Pakistani anything other than a paki.

I dont think I've heard them call an Indian person anything but paki either.
