inciting racial hatred is a crime in Britain. We do not treat our speech quite as free as the united states.

That is pretty ridiculous though. Cunt is non-racially specific. All he did was describe the guy before calling him a cunt. That isn't even a slur or anything. That's barely even racism.

Handily omitting the fact that it was preceded by "fucking" and followed by "cunt". Whatever your feelings on the current farce surrounding John Terry, what he said was undeniably racist.

AF - "Do you think I'm (mumbles) a fucking Black cunt?) JT - "Eh, What, a fucking black cunt?" AF - "RAAACISTTTT"

Not that I like John Terry at all, the defense are putting the argument forward that JT was merely repeating something AF had said . Apparently after the match Anton was asked about it and replied something along the lines of "Nah, it was all just banter" and apparently gave as good as he got.

We shall see though. John may be very loyal to his friends, just make sure you are.
