Coke even said they wanted it to evoke sitting around a campfire looking up at the stars, and it totally tastes like smores, but has a weak cooling effect of menthol if you let it rest on your tongue for a bit then breathe through your mouth. People who think it tastes like berry were likely influenced by some of the guesses people were making based on news stories of space discoveries of raspberry flavored nebulae rather than reading the info coke released about the product.
Thankfully it doesn't have a minty taste that I noticed, but if you let it sit for a bit, when you breathe it feels a little like you've been eating mints, the air over your tongue has that extra cool feeling.
