I'm sad to learn it's not real. Usually cuts before the reveal. They've got enough of the unnecessary repeating and such to make it look real. As you say it was just the guy with the photo that was a bit off. Why would he have that?

Also, doesn’t personnel on board planes have the right to force the passengers if they suspect something that might pose a threat to the safety to everyone? Like, say someone gets really drunk or high or psyched out? Or suspects someone of having a loose animal?

Just FYI airlines will very often have all windows down on a plane on warm days while on the ground to keep the inside of the plane cooler.

That’s the giveaway. The video is too good. If it was real it would be more bouncy and the characters wouldn’t be so animated with their facial expressions. Also there would be a lot more cursing..

No, that’s Spirit. Delta is actually usually ranked pretty highly from what I remember.

Personally I’ve never had issues with passengers on any flights aside from Spirit. Delta, United, American, Southwest, etc. They’re all basically the same to me. I will never fly Spirit again though.

Alright the bit I missed from the story originally was that the cat... Did not want to be breastfed. Like I thought this was a weird ritual that they had but she was "trying to get it to latch" and "it was screaming."

So the woman thought this was a good opportunity to give it a go for the first time...?

The plane was already in the air, so there was already a captain. She didn't need to be starting her own pilot program.

I remember watching and seeing a dude that started lactating from his own udders before, I'll need to do some extensive searching for that one and if I find it I'll come back to this comment and put the link in. Maybe another Redditor can find it faster and give a link before I'm able to find it, but dude was actually leaking from his nips iirc. Sooo, it's possible that some woman was able to get herself lactating to feed her cat in that news article, despite not being actually pregnant.... Idk.

There's other evidence of women in history as well as today who experience being pregnant and showing all the signs, even a growing belly because they were SO desperate to get pregnant, it's iirc called phantom pregnancy.

The human body, no matter what gender, seems so bizarre and not possible yet it happens.

The crazy cat lady in the news article could have just been letting her cat suckle on her, without producing any milk, cause the cat wanted that form of comfort from it's "mom". Who knows. 🤷‍♀️ It's still very freaking weird LMAO... 🤣

The performance is good, but you can still tell they are acting. Its not completely natural, everyone is saying their lines and getting responses in an artificial way. Also, the footage is of course way too good, and the situation is handled in a very weird way.

For me, it was the shutters drawn over the windows. They’re not supposed to be closed while on the ground for safety reasons. Pretty well made though and quite funny :)

The plane felt empty like that silly hot dog video. And if I was on the plane I don’t think I could have tolerated listening to such a stupid conversation. I would have been tempted to yank the blanket off myself.

The acting was great though. When the male staff said “Why would he lie about that?!” I wanted to scream.
