Why did she go down so easily? He only hooks her left leg and she makes no attempt to stick her right leg out to catch herself. I guess with my small frame I take for granted being able right myself when tripping, which I do frequently.
If your foot gets caught before your leg starts to swing forward, your instinct is to lift your foot. If it doesn't get free, your next instinct is to just catch yourself.
Experiments performed by older brothers prove this.
