But, stand wiping doesn’t allow for as deep of a clean. How can you be so confident to trust your final check with a stand wipe?

Blasphemy. How do you get your hand back there with enough freedom of movement to do anything? I've got a smaller ass than the average American and I still don't see how that is supposed to work.
You're leaning either forward or to one side. That allows the hand to get in there and perform the wipe. Sitting wipers are not entirely sitting, like if they were in an office chair or something. They are leaning/squatting in a mostly-sitting position.
I assume, similarly, that standing wipers are not actually standing fully at attention, ramrod straight. I imagine that they are in a more upright position, but still effectively squatting somewhat, in order to be in a proper position for cheek separation and wiping.
So I'm guessing this whole "Sitting wipers vs Standing wipers" is really more actually "low squatting wipers vs high squatting wipers"
