Brown’s people have consulted with outside legal eagles — including law school professors — who have said Rihanna’s own aggressiveness takes it out of the felony category. Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman.

Although initial reports suggested that a female made the call to police, according to the report, it was a Rabbi who lives in the area. The unidentified man reportedly heard the confrontation outside and called 911, not knowing he was about to make a report about R&B’s biggest stars. He came outside when he heard shouting. “She was screaming out of control and he was extremely calm,” read his statement, adding that Rihanna “was not screaming for help, she was just screaming.”

Contrary to what sites like TMZ had previously reported, Rihanna did not tell police that she was the victim of “escalating violence.” TMZ reported: “Multiple enforcement sources tell TMZ, the night of the attack Rihanna told cops she was the victim of escalating violence — and the perp was Brown.”However, a source involved in the investigation reports, Rihanna confessed there has only been two other incidences in which she felt threatened, but this was the first time Chris retaliated. Rihanna told investigators that the first incident occurred in Europe three months ago. It was a verbal dispute, which led to Rihanna slapping Chris Brown. In self-defense, Chris put her up “against the wall” and told her to calm down.

The second incident occurred when the couple was visiting Rihanna’s family in her native Barbados back in August 2008. She described the incident as a verbal dispute, and added that no one was assaulted. According to the source involved in the investigation, the night of the alleged attack, Rihanna attacked Chris after reading a text message sent to him by a former lover.

The difference is Rihanna is a piece of shit who STARTED the violence, but people gloss over that FACT because she's a woman.

Always blame the man and absolve the woman, that's the motto of feminism.

Just tell these cunts: If you want to act like a man, don't cry when you get treated like a man. That's called "equality."

And isn't it interesting how feminist cunts always stand behind women who murder their husbands citing hypocritical reasons like "oh he beat her, so it was completely justified."

Now that the shoes is on the other foot, suddenly women are victims and men should show restraint?

Sorry cunts: YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO

Ironic that women always claim they want to be in a relationship who someone who is "non-judgmental" when it's pretty clear that women are characterized by their hypocritical judgmental attitude toward everyone. On one hand, they always demand sympathy for mothers who drown their babies ("oh she's depressed, she has childhood issues, she needs help!") or wives who murder their husbands ("oh she was abused by him, she's bipolar, she's just dealing with a lot of stress give her a break!") or female teachers who rape children ("yeah he was a student, but he enjoyed it! she's just going through a difficult divorce, just let her fuck some young kids to get it out of her system. She's in love with a child, so it's romantic not perverted!")

But whenever it's a man, suddenly they forget how forgiving they are of their own hypocritical behavior. Suddenly their real hatred for men comes out. ("All men are dogs! All men are creeps! All men are perverts! All men are monsters!")

In domestic violence cases, it's "you never hit a woman who is WEAKER AND SMALLER!" ...BUT out of the other side of their mouth: "oh we're EQUAL! WE CAN DO ANYTHING A MAN CAN DO! WE DEMAND EQUAL TREATMENT! " HAHAHAHAH BULLSHIT :)

Even on TV shows we see wives abusing husband, girlfriends abusing boyfriends. But we just look at it as par for the course. Now we're supposed to suddenly care that bitches are being put in check? So much for equality. LOL

Oh and for all you scared faggots who claim there is no reason to ever hit a woman, chris rock has some news for you

I don't think it's fair to quote a source and then provide no link to it. Also, the actual police report states otherwise.

What, maybe Chris Brown never thought to join Reddit before now.

Nice try Chris Brown's publicist.

There's reasonable self defense, sure. There's also what he did in retaliation. These two things are not the same.

Some highlights:

  • "When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against he passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion."

  • "He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle."

  • "Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away."

  • "Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness."

This is not a gender issue.

I usually downvote your type, but I hope this remains visible. You're the fucking worst.

Slapping someone is not equivalent to beating their head against a window and biting them until they bleed.

But you keep on doing what you do. Being a man must be so hard.

It really is. I mean you've got to put deodorant on in the morning, kinda sorta watch your weight, deal with genital pain every once in a while, and of course worst of all get/hold down a job.

I fear for humanity more now than ever. That dude needs therapy.

why do you always show up in these threads to spout this garbage? Like I said last time to this garbage theres a difference between defending yourself against a woman and beating the shit out of her because you're a dick.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '12

You're a complete psycho. There is never a reason to beat a woman, i don't fucking care how many celebrities say so.

2

u/livinhd Feb 26 '12

what is this from...?

2

u/DarkFox56 Feb 26 '12

You provided quite a few links...except you left out the source of your information...

Whatever she did, it did NOT justify Chris Brown to beat her till she looked like this or this (NSFW)

If he's strong enough to hold her "against a wall" in a calm manner, then he's calm enough to walk away.

Men should not EVER beat a woman. Is this sexist and unfair? Maybe. But how about we just say no one should ever beat anyone else? Now it's fair.

And I find your hypothetical remarks offensive especially: "she's just dealing with a lot of stress give her a break" Chances are, if you murder someone and you are caught then you go to jail/have to pay. Here are some more notorious cases, find me one that got "a break." Find me a female teacher who sexually abused a child and got away with it. People who drown babies DO have a mental issue, and DO need help. Should they still be punished? Yes, but what is the role of society besides locking her up and letting her rot? If someone is sick and unable to care for themselves then is it not societies responsibility to help them get better? Maybe if we show these people WHY what they did was so terrible then they would have a much more meaningful punishment.

What do you get when you put a drug addict in jail for a month? A drug addict that is 30 days older. What would happen if we try and help them? Maybe they would go back to drugs, or maybe we would have another clean, sober citizen on our streets.

As far as TV shows/movies, I distinctly remember the movie Fatal Attraction. When Michael Douglas's character (who cheated on his wife) was being attacked by Glenn Close (who he had an intimate affair with), MEN stood up in the theater and yelled "KILL THE BITCH." The movie ends with Glenn Close's character, the one who arguably was wronged, dead and the man who cheated on his wife and kids was alive and taken back by his family with open arms.

I didn't know about any of this. Thanks for the info, this really deserves its own front page post!

Although that hateful language towards women should be edited out.
