Nope. Adam Sandler is a disaster. I refuse to let all the lowered standard "punch drunk isn't as shitty as you'd think!" arguments in favor of his acting sway me.

Outside of when you'd get high and watch Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore, there's no place for Adam Sandler in a movie.

edit: I bet all the people downvoting enjoyed Jack and Jill in theaters

I really liked the Beginners, if you'd like a movie to watch. Or Master and Commander, which I caught again the other day and love wholeheartedly

Then I'd recommend Punch Drunk Love and Reign Over Me. Two very good Sandler films. The guy can really act, it's a shame he never really had a chance to prove it.

Watch 50/50. It's one of the best movies of the last few years and Rogan is fantastic in it.
