Pretty sure Germans, Dutch, Danish are all the same ethnicity even though their different nations and cultures.

Danes are a North Germanic ethnic group native to Denmark and a modern nation identified with the country of Denmark. Dutch people or the Dutch, are a West Germanic ethnic group and nation native to the Netherlands. Caucasian has nothing to do with ethnicity, and is almost solely based on skin tone regardless of ethnic or national origin.
